What if I need help with my online class?
- Check your institution’s website for online learning information. Additional resources might include the help desk, library, advising, or a tutoring center.
- Your instructor is a great resource for study help suggestions as well, since he/she has probably taught your class many times and knows the kinds of challenges that students have with the class’s content. Take advantage of his/her online or phone-in office hours for extra help.
- Just because you don't see your classmates face-to-face, we hope that you feel a sense of community where you feel connected with your classmates. You can study & communicate questions, thoughts, concerns, etc. through discussions, chat, email, etc. The sky is the limit and it takes at least two people.
